Credits are the currency you use to access Squadexa's AI tools. You buy a credit pack once — no recurring charges — and spend credits as you use each tool. Different tools cost different amounts per use (e.g. Product Generator costs 20 credits per 1,000 words).

Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Gifted or promotional credits may have an expiry date which will be shown in your account.

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), UPI, net banking, and popular wallets via Razorpay. All payments are one-time — no recurring charges.

Unused credits are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact our support team with your order details and we'll process it promptly.

Yes! Every new account receives free welcome credits so you can try the tools before purchasing. The Plagiarism Checker is also free — no credits required.

The minimum top-up is $5 and the maximum per transaction is $5,000. You can top up as many times as you like. Enterprise customers can contact us for custom arrangements.

Tool usage will be paused until you top up. You'll see a low-balance warning in your account when you're running low. You can also enable Auto Top-Up to recharge automatically when your balance drops below a threshold.
